1. Refund Eligibility:
– In the event of a significant health issue discovered within seven days from the date of purchase, which is verified by a licensed veterinarian, you may be eligible for a refund.
– The puppy must be returned to us within the specified timeframe, accompanied by a written veterinary report detailing the health issue.

2. Refund Process:
– To initiate a refund request, please contact us immediately at info@dyanakay.com, providing all relevant details and documentation.
– Upon receipt of your request, we will review the information provided and assess the eligibility for a refund.
– If your request is approved, we will arrange for the return of the puppy to our facility, at your expense.
– Once the returned puppy is received and its condition is confirmed, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping or transportation fees.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:
– If the puppy has been in your care for more than seven days from the date of purchase, or if a health issue arises after this timeframe, the refund policy will no longer apply.
– We do not offer refunds for any non-health-related reasons, such as a change of mind or personal circumstances.

4. Communication and Support:
– We value open communication and are here to assist you. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your Australian Shepherd puppy or the refund process, please reach out to us at info@dyanakay.com. We will strive to provide prompt and helpful support.

Please note the following conditions:

– The refund policy is applicable for seven days from the date of purchase.
– The refund is limited to the purchase price of the puppy and does not cover any additional expenses incurred by the purchaser.
– The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
